Valgro Eco Pickling Passivation Gel

The Valgro ECO Pickling & Passivation Gel is a high-performance formulation developed to clean and restore stainless steel surfaces after welding or fabrication. It effectively removes weld heat-tint, black oxide marks, annealing colours, scale, and rust particles from weld seams or heat-affected zones while simultaneously passivating the surface to restore its natural corrosion resistance.

After welding, stainless steel surfaces can develop discolouration and lose their protective chromium oxide layer. This gel is applied directly on affected areas using a brush and rinsed off after a short dwell time, revealing a clean, uniform surface ready for final finishing. It eliminates the need for mechanical grinding or wire-brushing in many applications.
