Valgro Slag Hammer Brush

The Valgro Slag Hammer Brush is designed to efficiently remove slag nests, dross and heavy accumulations from plasma- or flame-cut metal parts. The brush uses a bed of flexibly-mounted pins that strike the surface, loosening slag without gouging the base material, making it ideal for post-cut edge cleanup.

When sheet-metal parts are plasma or flame cut, they often carry residual slag, dross or hardened deposits along the cut edges. Manual chipping or grinding is time-consuming and inconsistent.
